It glorifies God; it helps other people, it dismantles the work of the devil, it’s generational focused, it advances the Kingdom -It’s the DNA of a Godly Vision!
Defend the cause of the weak and fatherless; maintain the rights of the poor and oppressed. Rescue the weak and needy; deliver them from the hand of the wicked.
God raises up leaders to take on causes that are much greater than themselves. However, these causes are often first birthed as a result of a personal crisis or conviction; then this leads to a larger cause.
Martin Luther King, had a personal conviction that racial discrimination was wrong.
Mother Teressa, had a personal conviction that the poor has dignity.
Henry Ford, had a conviction that the middle class among the elite should also own the “steel horse.”
Willaim Wilberforce, had a conviction that slavery was inhuman.
William Wallace, had a conviction that tyranny was wicked.
Each of these leaders sought to change the world in their unique way. It wasn’t long before this; their conviction became the conviction of others, that generated into a movement larger than any one person.
My own ministry to those in the church and workplace first began as a personal crisis and deep conviction. This developed later into a call to serve believers in the ministry and marketplace.
God often raises leaders and begins movements as a result of a personal crisis in a leader’s life.
Has God allowed a crisis in your life?
What are you convicted about?
I believe it is God announcing your purpose!
